How do I get started?
Simply book a discovery call or send us a message with your project details. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with next steps.
What services do you offer?
We offer UI/UX design for startups, SaaS, small businesses and fintech products, Framer and Webflow website development, landing page design, design systems, component libraries, and monthly retainer engagements for ongoing design needs.
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects are completed within 5-10 business days depending on scope and complexity. Larger or custom requests may take a bit longer. A clear timeline is always shared before we get started.
How many tasks can you handle in a month?
Depends on complexity and scope, but typically we cover most tasks within 3-4 working days. That could mean 10-12 small tasks or 4-5 new landing pages per month.
How does the monthly retainer work?
You get a dedicated design team on a fixed monthly fee. Submit tasks anytime, we prioritize and deliver continuously. It's the most efficient way to get consistent, high-quality design without hiring in-house.
Do you work with startups?
Yes, we love working with early-stage startups. We have flexible engagement options designed to fit different budgets without compromising on quality.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. We offer revision rounds with every project to make sure the final result meets your expectations. Revision scope is agreed upon before the project begins.
What if I'm not satisfied with the final result?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the delivered work doesn't meet the agreed brief, we'll revise it until it does. We don't consider a project closed until you're happy.
Can you work with existing branding?
Absolutely. We work within your existing brand guidelines, design system, or style guide. Just share your assets and we'll take it from there.
I already have the designs, can you develop them?
Yes. If you have finalized designs in Figma or any other tool, we can build them out in Framer, Webflow or Nextjs with pixel-perfect accuracy.
Who will I be working with?
You work directly with Pentaclay's core team of senior designers and developers. Every project is handled by experienced professionals, not outsourced to juniors.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Minor updates within the first 7 days of delivery are covered. For ongoing changes, we recommend our monthly retainer plan which gives you dedicated design support every month.
What programs do you design in?
We primarily design in Figma and develop in Framer and Webflow. We can also work with other tools depending on your existing workflow.
Are there any additional costs?
No hidden fees. Everything is agreed upon upfront. The only additional costs would be third-party tools, or scope changes requested after the project has started.
Are there any requests you don't support?
We focus on UI/UX design, web design, and Framer/Webflow development. We currently don't cover 3D modeling, animated GIFs, video production, document design, extensive print design, or Adobe InDesign work.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the nature of creative work, we don't offer refunds on completed projects. However, if you're not satisfied with the delivery, we'll revise it until it meets the agreed brief. Your satisfaction is always our priority.
